According to the latest official announcement from the StandardTokenizationProtocol (STPT) team, the current STPT tokens will be migrated to AWE Network (AWE) tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Gate.io will support this token migration and provide a seamless swap service for users, users are not required to take any action during the process.

Gate.io will proceed with the following steps:

1. If you have open positions in the market, please adjust your strategy in advance. The STPT/USDT contract market will be set to reduce-only mode starting at 8:00 on May 14, 2025 UTC.
2. At 8:00 on May 15, 2025 UTC, Gate.io will automatically settle the positions based on the average index price from the 30 minutes prior to the trading halt. Any unfilled orders will be automatically canceled. If you trade in this market, please adjust your strategy and close positions before this time, otherwise they will be automatically settled.
3. Gate.io will suspend deposits, withdrawals, and trading services for StandardTokenizationProtocol (STPT) at 3:00 on May 19, 2025 UTC. This includes the STPT/USDT spot trading pair and related quantitative grid trading.
4. If you have running quantitative trading strategies involving STPT, please adjust them in advance. Otherwise, they will be forcibly stopped by 3:00 on May 19, 2025 UTC.
5. New AWE Network (AWE) Token ID: 0x1b4617734c43f6159f3a70b7e06d883647512778 (BASE)
