This 48-hour auction was paused due to false high bids but was reopened after increasing collateral requirements. Finn stated that part of the funds used to purchase the knitted hat came from transaction fees of the token "BUY THE HAT" launched by Bags, and he mentioned plans to give back to the community with the hat in some way in the future.
