The Philadelphia Bank Index in the United States surged by over 10%, reaching a new high since March 2022. Most large-cap tech stocks rose, with TSL soaring by over 14%, hitting a new high since July 2023; Intel rose by over 7%, while Nvidia and Google rose by about 4%.
