Odaily Planet Daily News ETH Layer 2 solution Optimism has announced the launch of a new round of Retro Funding program, with a reward scale of 8 million OP, focusing on the development tools (Dev Tooling) domain, which will be used to support the construction of super off-chain development applications and tools, such as compilers, libraries, and debuggers. The period for this round is from February 5th to July 31st, and applications are currently open. All applied projects must be Open Source, and rewards are expected to be distributed monthly starting from March.
