Storm's legal team has filed a motion with the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn the order regarding expert witnesses, and the hearing is set for November 12. Storm is accused of three charges, including assisting Pencucian Uang, unlicensed remittance, and violating sanctions. If convicted, he could face a maximum of 45 years in prison.
