According to ChainCatcher news and a report by CoinDesk, the UK-regulated digital asset exchange Archax has announced the acquisition of the German encryption asset management company DDA, which holds a portfolio management and investment advisory license issued by Germany's BaFin and manages approximately 70 million dollars in assets. This transaction will allow Archax to expand its business into the German and French markets, further consolidating its regulatory landscape in the European encryption ETP and tokenized asset sectors following the acquisition of the Spanish KSCM. Archax's CEO stated that it will become one of the "most licensed" digital asset companies in Europe.
