H100 Group completed a directed share issuance, raising 109 million Swedish Krona for the Bitcoin treasury strategy.
PANews July 28 news, according to H100 Group announcement, the company is issuing up to 13.96 million new shares at a price of 7.82 Swedish Krona per share to accredited investors, raising approximately 1.0919 billion Swedish Krona. The pricing for this additional issuance is based on the Closing Price of the Nordic Growth Market on July 25. Since launching the Bitcoin treasury strategy, the company has raised approximately 1.095 billion Swedish Krona (about 114 million USD), and the funds raised will continue to be used for related investment opportunities.
