Hacker stole 1 million dollars in Crypto Assets through 150 Firefox extensions.

Golden Finance reports that the GreedyBear cybercrime organization has significantly ramped up its attack activities, deploying 150 Firefox extensions targeting global Crypto Assets users. According to cybersecurity company Koi Security, the organization stole over $1 million in Crypto Assets in just five weeks through this attack activity. The organization's arsenal of extension-based attack tools has nearly doubled, compared to the 40 malicious extensions it used previously between April and July 2025.
