Abstract generation in progress

Odaily Planet Daily News Cardano is now the first trustee of legally binding Smart Contracts on its network, and the contract is signed under the jurisdiction of an Argentine court. The contract is a loan protocol between Cardano ambassador Mauro Andreoli and Lucas Macchia, with a loan amount of 10,000 ADA coins, worth 3,380 US dollars, to be paid at a 10% Intrerest Rate over 4 months. Andreoli explained in an article that this is the first time an Argentine court can enforce full payment of ADA from the Cardano Smart Contract. Andreoli and Macchia also signed an accompanying legal document supporting the key details of Smart Contract loans, including the blockchain and Wallet used with the transaction ID. (Cointelegraph)
