SCF #36 Round Recap

The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar.

Congratulations to all submitters on your achievement. We received 53 submissions, 19 of which were submitted for their first ever SCF Build awards.

SCF #36 received an impressive slate of submissions — projects solving real-world problems, enhancing interoperability, and delivering real utility to users around the globe. From new payment rails to compliance tools, decentralized finance infrastructure, and orchestration layers, SCF #36 showcases the growing sophistication and ambition of builders on Stellar.

We awarded $2,088,654 worth of XLM to 23 projects in total for SCF #35.

Build Award

Projects can request a Build Award up to $150,000 worth of XLM*. The SCF Build Award is for projects which have significant (user) traction OR teams that are experienced in the Stellar ecosystem and have identified a validated need, both with a well thought out plan and architecture to be ready to build upon receiving the SCF Build Award. Stables — $150,000 worth of XLM*
Stables has built a global stablecoin payment and remittance platform that integrates seamlessly with on/off ramps across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Splyce Finance**— $150,000 worth of XLM***Splyce enables asset managers to launch real-world asset investment products using DeFi infrastructure, with compliance and reporting tools built in.

Uniblock**— $142,740 worth of XLM***Uniblock is the first Web3 Orchestration Layer, giving developers a unified API and SDK experience across 15+ blockchains — including Stellar.

Seevcash**— $142,299 worth of XLM***Seevcash delivers fast, low-cost cross-border payments using USDC on Stellar, targeting underserved remittance corridors.

Sentinel Protocol**— $128,000 worth of XLM***Sentinel is building a parametric insurance framework for event-based risks like flight delays, with Stellar for payouts and transparency.

TrustSwap: Team Finance**— $120,000 worth of XLM***TrustSwap offers affordable, secure, and user-friendly token services for startups and foundations — to manage token operations in one place, with access to incubation and fundraising programs.

zkFetch: zkTLS-Powered Oracle Solution**— $116,000 worth of XLM***zkFetch enables decentralized oracles for Stellar by securely fetching off-chain HTTPS data without exposing API keys.

Lobster**— $109,000 worth of XLM***Lobster is an intelligent liquidity management layer for Stellar DEXs that positions LP funds for optimal yields.

LiquidsFi: Bridge and Cross-chain Oracle**— $108,000 worth of XLM***LiquidsFi connects Soroban with multiple EVM chains, bridging crypto assets and data via a secure oracle network.

PayZoll**— $100,000 worth of XLM***PayZoll is Stellar-native payouts infrastructure for global compensation, featuring streaming salaries, batch processing, and integrated fiat conversion.

Venerez**— $99,675 worth of XLM***Venerez is a multi-sig spend management platform launching in the Bahamas, enabling compliant, community-based treasury governance.

Globachain**— $89,000 worth of XLM***Globachain is a next-gen, API-first stablecoin payment solution for cross-border transactions between Africa, Europe, and beyond.

Venalabs**— $86,000 worth of XLM***Venalabs provides gamified, map-based learning and SaaS tools to onboard and educate the Stellar community.

**Stellar Scorechain Compliance (SSC)****— $85,000 worth of XLM***Stellar Scorechain Compliance brings KYT to Stellar for compliant transaction monitoring and risk tracing via Scorechain’s AML engine.

Blux**— $81,000 worth of XLM***Blux is a Stellar wallet development kit to help apps onboard users with or without pre-existing wallets.

**AI Transparency Token (AITT)****— $74,000 worth of XLM***AI Transparency Token certifies AI compliance on-chain using automated, tamper-proof audit trails for enterprise use.

SendIN**— $67,000 worth of XLM***SendIN is a new platform revolutionizing cross-border payments to India via Stellar rails.

RemittEase**— $54,050 worth of XLM***RemittEase is a mobile-first remittance service leveraging AI and blockchain to reduce cost and delay for users.

Centiiv**— $51,300 worth of XLM***Centiiv is a decentralized liquidity network for African businesses to facilitate seamless global trade.

Inferara**— $44,190 worth of XLM***Inferara provides a centralized knowledge base of Soroban smart contract vulnerabilities and best practices.

Swift Wallet SDK**— $35,000 worth of XLM***Swift Wallet SDK is an open-source demo app and SDK to help developers integrate with Stellar and Anchors more easily.

Interlinked**— $30,000 worth of XLM***Interlinked is a decentralized, secure alternative to traditional URL shorteners.

Meta Contracts in Stellar**— $26,400 worth of XLM***Meta Contracts in Stellar provides reusable apps to simplify complex smart contract workflows on Soroban without requiring custom deployments.
