ECD Automotive Design raised 500 million dollars to purchase Bitcoin and fund the company's development.

ECD Automotive Design, Inc. has raised 500 million USD to purchase and store Bitcoin in the company fund, according to a press release on Monday. The Florida-based auto restoration company, claiming to be the largest restorer of Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles, has signed a 500 million USD credit agreement with ECDA Bitcoin Treasury LLC.

This credit facility will primarily be used to build a Bitcoin fund, with a portion of the revenue funding the company's joint initiatives. CFO Ben Piggott stated that this is an important financial option to strengthen the financial foundation and diversify the fund's strategy.

In addition, ECD has also announced a partnership with BitPay, intending to provide credit of 21,000 USD to the first 21 customers who purchase cars with Bitcoin. Currently, there are 243 public companies holding Bitcoin, an increase of 13% over the past month.
