Abstract generation in progress

A federal judge in America has proposed to dismiss the lawsuit filed by former assistant Logan Paul in the class action lawsuit related to the failed NFT project CryptoZoo. Judge Ronald C. Griffin stated that the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas lacks jurisdiction over Danielle Strobel, who is listed as a founding shareholder but is not accused of promoting the project.

The lawsuit accuses Paul and the co-defendants of defrauding investors by marketing NFTs and "Zoo Tokens" with promises of a game that never launched. The plaintiffs claim they were deceived into purchasing depreciating digital assets.

In addition to this lawsuit, Paul is also pursuing a defamation lawsuit against Stephen Findeisen (Coffeezilla), who accused Paul of running a "scam scheme." Both lawsuits are still pending.
