Swedish listed company H100 Group plans to raise $1.5 million to increase its holdings of Bitcoin.

According to Mars Finance, the listed company H100 Group announced that its board of directors has decided to issue up to 1,523,089 new shares at a price of 9.30 Swedish Krona per share to several accredited investors, with an expected total fundraising amount of approximately 14.1 million Swedish Krona (about 1.5 million USD). The announcement stated that the net proceeds from this fundraising will be used to seek new investment opportunities under its Bitcoin reserve strategy framework.
