The "Fashion for Impact" workshop by Gate Charity gave me a new understanding of philanthropy. Traditional charitable projects often remain at the level of material assistance, while this event provided long-term development opportunities for the youth of Benin through fashion education.

During the event, participants not only learned design and sewing skills but also received professional guidance from the industry. This systematic training is far more valuable than a one-time donation. Especially for the ten young people who received scholarships, their future career paths may be completely altered as a result.
This model that combines fashion with public welfare not only helps disadvantaged groups but also injects fresh blood into the local fashion industry. I hope Gate Charity can continue to promote this model so that more young people in various regions can benefit.
