On August 8, regarding Trump's executive order allowing 401(k) pension funds to invest in crypto assets, an OTC trader from a certain trading platform, Jake Ostrovskis, stated that the impact of this move cannot be underestimated. "Just a 2% allocation to Bitcoin and Ethereum would be equivalent to 1.5 times the total ETF inflows so far, while a 3% allocation would more than double the total market inflows. The key is that these buyers are largely price insensitive; they focus on meeting benchmark allocations rather than engaging in tactical trading."
