The U.S. stock market is calm, with the market focusing on the upcoming CPI data. According to ChainCatcher news and Jin10 reports, shortly after the market opened on Monday, there was almost no change in the U.S. stock market as investors prepared for this week's data, which could determine the pace at which the Fed resumes rate cuts. Currently, the three major stock indices have risen about 0.1%, and the CBOE Volatility Index hovers just below 16. A series of economic data will be released on Tuesday, including the July CPI, which will provide an opportunity to assess the impact of tariffs on inflation. Institutional economists state that this data will be crucial for the Fed's decision on whether to cut rates in September.
