The bakery on the street corner is filled with the aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, and the macarons in the glass case are arranged in a neat rainbow. Sister Li takes out the baking tray with heat-resistant gloves, and the egg liquid on her wrist drips onto the countertop. When she turns to grab her phone, her fingertips first brush against a layer of fine flour - on the screen, the K-line of the stock software is blurred into a red line by her fingerprint, and next to the price of Digital Money, there is still some almond powder stuck, which took three swipes to clearly see the specific value.
Not long ago, that withdrawal request made her sweat, like a blocked piping bag, stuck in the system for a whole day. When calling customer service, it was either the looping prompt of "Please press the number key to select a service" or the busy tone of "Currently no agents available to answer," making her stare blankly at the labels while preparing scones for customers, almost writing "Room temperature storage for 5 days" instead of 3 days.
Old Chen, who came to buy whole wheat bread, was wiping the crumbs from the corner of his mouth when he saw her sighing at her phone: "Have you tried Bi ya Pay? I’ve been using it for trading coins and stocks for almost five months, and my funds have never been stuck, smoother than squeezing cream."
Sister Li downloaded the software that night and found the interface design to be particularly user-friendly: Bi ya Pay places the stock and Digital Money operation areas on the same page. The red and green bar chart for stocks on the left uses a stain-resistant coating design, making it easy to read even if flour gets on it; the line chart for Digital Money on the right is paired with a clear timeline, making it easy to understand even under the kitchen lights. The most convenient feature is the switch button at the top, which allows for a quick transition between the two markets with just a click, without needing to log out and back in, and without remembering two sets of passwords. From opening the software to completing a transaction, it takes less than five minutes.
What made her even more satisfied was the security of funds with Bi ya Pay. During her first withdrawal, she watched the progress bar counting the seconds; it took only four and a half minutes from submitting the application to the funds arriving, with text reminders at every step, and even the estimated arrival time was clearly stated. Later, with more than twenty deposits and withdrawals, regardless of the amount, there was never any lag, and her account was never frozen. The flow of funds was as smooth as freshly whipped cream, giving her a sense of security.
Moreover, the system is particularly stable; even with the oven and mixer running at the same time, operating the phone connected to the store's WiFi won't lag, which is much more reliable than the two platforms I've used before.
Now she can handle transactions during the gaps of baking bread. Recently, due to market fluctuations, she adjusted the positions on both sides simultaneously on Bi ya Pay. The Digital Money preserved the profits, and the stocks were not affected, making it much more relaxed than before.
When the owner of the milk tea shop next door came to borrow a filter, she was drawing on the screen with her fingers covered in flour: "A platform that manages two types of transactions, with clear money coming in and going out, that's what I call truly convenient."
