According to the proposal, HOPR has completed the first proof-of-concept version of Gnosis VPN, which is a trustless, decentralized, and uncensorable VPN service running on the HOPR network. GnosisDAO will invest 4.8 million US dollars in HOPR within two years, exchanging for HOPR Token at the 90-day TWAP at the end of each payment period.
