Left Main REI has secured financing to expand its AI-driven CRM trap for real estate investors.
According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on May 18, Crowdfund Insider reported that Left Main REI, a CRM and data intelligence platform designed specifically for real estate investors, has received strategic seed round investment from Cofounders Capital.
According to the announcement, this round of financing will support the continued development of Left Main Genius, an AI-driven solution designed to redefine how investors manage potential clients, track property data, and complete transactions.
The Left Main Genius suite is the core of its extension, enhancing CRM functionality through smart features aimed at automating lead follow-ups and providing visualization of the ever-changing property and market conditions. The platform enables users to monitor leads by accessing dynamic data such as pre-foreclosure, probate applications, and eviction records. The platform can also detect changes in property listings and will send opportunity alerts to users when an asset may have been sold, re-listed, or acquired by competing investors.
Another upcoming feature "Buyer Predict" ( is expected to use behavioral and market data to predict purchasing activity, helping investors match trades with high-probability buyers.
