Robinhood's first-quarter earnings report exceeded expectations, with Crypto Assets trading revenue reaching $252 million.
Gate.io News bot message, financial technology company Robinhood released its financial report for the first quarter of 2025. The data shows that the company's total revenue reached $927 million, a 50% rise compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share were $0.37, a 106% rise compared to the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $470 million, a 90% rise compared to the same period last year.
In terms of trading operations, the total revenue for this quarter was $583 million, with cryptocurrency trading contributing $252 million and options trading contributing $240 million. During the reporting period, both the number of active users on Robinhood and the number of Robinhood Gold subscribers recorded growth.
In addition, Robinhood announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire TradePMR and plans to complete the acquisition of the cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp by mid-year.
