Introduction

Gokay (Host): Hello everybody! I’m happy to announce that we’re celebrating the tenth episode of our Gate Institutional Ask-Me-Anything series today! It’s hard to believe how far we have come since the first episode, and we are grateful to everyone who participated in our AMA series and shared their thoughts and experiences with us along the way. For those who may be new to the series, I am Gokay from Gate.io Institutional services. Our team manages a wide range of institutional clients, including hedge funds, institutional traders, high net worth individuals, and family offices.
So welcome to our AMA series with “WunderTrading” - automated cryptocurrency trading platform. And I’m excited to introduce our special guests: Evgeny Latyshev and Kirill Osaulenko - Co-founders of WunderTrading. Thank you for joining our stream. Nice to see you, guys! How are you? How do you feel?

Evgeny: Great, absolutely! Thank you for having us!

Kirill: It’s a real pleasure to meet you. Yes, we’re fine! How are you doing?

Gokay: I’m doing great and I’m really happy. This is the first time I’ve had two gentlemen in one AMA, so it’s a little exciting for me.
Without any more delay, let’s start our questions.

Q1: Guys, tell us a little about yourself. Who are Kirill and Evgeny? And what are your backgrounds?
Kirill: My name is Kirill Osaulenko. I am a co-founder of WunderTrading. I have a PhD in strategic management from University College London and 8 years of experience in financial market research and analysis and 5 years of experience in crypto space.

Evgeny: My name is Evgeny Latyshev and I’m also a co-founder of WunderTrading. My academic background is in finance, and I previously worked as an oil futures trader. I have worked in the IT industry for 12 years, managed and released over 120 projects; in crypto for 7 years. WunderTrading has been our main project for many years.

Q2: How did WunderTrading come to life and how is it positioned in the market?
Kirill: It all started with the simple idea, that is still a unique feature of our platform, that the user can trade through several APIs at the same time. Imagine a trader who is trading through his account and has a group of friends or followers who would like to trade with him. They can all create the API keys on the exchange and provide these keys to the main trader and then when the trader makes a trade, all the APIs will participate in this trade. On top of that idea, we added trading automation or bots and added several features from the traditional markets. One of the examples can be synthetic spread trading. So, we provide an automated crypto trading platform that allows you to start trading and investing in cryptocurrency seamlessly.

Q3: Can you explain WunderTrading’s business model and the services you offer to your clients in the cryptocurrency industry?
Evgeny: WunderTrading mainly focuses on trading bots and copy-trading, apart from that we obviously have the trading terminal, and few unique features that stands us out, including:

● multiple account management - users can add several API accounts from the same exchange and trade them all simultaneously with the terminal or using a trading bot.
● pairs trading terminal - that can be used to trade futures spreads within a single exchange, or trade it across different exchanges, or even for arbitrage trading. Furthermore, we’ve recently added two-leg entries that allow users to enter the spread using a limit and a market order. It guarantees the best possible entry for the spread.

Our business model is simple, it is subion based. There are 3 paid plans from Basic to Premium, each having slightly more functionality. At the same time, we have a Free plan that allows users to get basic functionality with some certain limitations. I should also mention, that every new user gets a free 7 day trial of the PRO plan that allows them to try all the features.

Q4: What is WunderTrading’s current focus?
Evgeny: At the moment, our team is mostly focused on developing new features and by the end of this year we plan to launch the GRID bot, Pairs Trading bot, which will be truly unique, and many other cool features.

Q5: Can you please explain how your crypto trading bot works?
Kirill: The crypto bots on our platform are easy and straightforward to set up. The user can automate any indicator or strategy from Tradingview or build the logic on his own server and pass us only the ution signal, either to buy or sell the crypto on the exchange. In the bot settings, you have the number of building blocks that the user can apply to his signal, such as multiple Take Profit targets, stop loss level, trailing profit and trailing stop, DCA module etc. In this case, we provide an easy and user-friendly way to enhance the performance of the bot.

Q6: What sets WunderTrading apart from other trading bots?
Kirill: There are a couple of things that I would like to mention. The most important thing is the ease of use. The bot can be up and running in a few minutes. Secondly, the bot can use multiple APIs to ute a strategy. This means that the user can act as a fund manager and automate the trading process with ease.

Gokay: Okay, so as I understand, this is pretty simple to use. I think it has given me some ideas. For example, if I have a friend who is knowledgeable about specific coins, and another friend who is interested in another type of coin. We can connect the APIs and create a group to trade using these bots.

Kirill: Absolutely. Also some of our users actually use the sub accounts in order to manage their own funds. So you can have different bots running different strategies. And it’s quiet to manage through sub accounts, connect all of them to separate bots and run everything in one account.

Q7: How do you handle technical issues or errors that may arise during trading?
Kirill: To solve the technical issues that may arise during bot trading we have a dedicated team. Any user who has an issue can contact our support team from the chat window on our webpage and they will be happy to assist with any issue and provide a solution for it. We also provide a lot of educational content, such as written articles in the help center or video material on youtube on how to start and troubleshoot the bot.

Q8: How much technical knowledge is required to set up and manage your crypto trading bots? Can a beginner get started easily?
Kirill: The process is very straightforward. Certain bots that users will be automating do not require any technical knowledge. They can select the indicator from Tradingview and create an that will send the signal to our platform as soon as the indicator will find the trading opportunity, we will pass this signal to the exchange and the user will have an open trade. There is also a second option. If the user does not want to create any bots himself, he can start copy-trading professional traders on our platform. You can select any trader from the marketplace and as soon as the trader makes a trade, the follower will just copy it.

Q9: Can users customize their trading strategies on your platform?
Evgeny: Yes, sure. Users can use the building blocks inside the bot settings to add multiple take-profits, stop loss levels, trailing stops etc.

Q10: How has WunderTrading’s experience been so far working with Gate.io?
Evgeny: We’ve just started with Gate.io, but we can already say that the integration was smooth, communication is great and we see high potential in collaboration with Gate.io.

Gokay: Great to hear! We are also looking forward to receiving any feedback from you on how we can help each other to develop and improve the market.

Q11: Can you provide any insights into the future direction or plans of your company?
Kirill: Our primary objective is to develop the platform for its users. As a result, our top priority right now is to create the Paper Trading Feature, which lots of users are actually asking us to do. And this will allow users to live test their bots without any financial investment.

Q12: We are almost at the end of our main section about “WunderTrading”, so I would like to ask what are your general expectations for 2023?
Evgeny: We expect changes in the market in late 2023, maybe 2024. Once MICA (eu licensing) is launched, many players who are not big enough may face challenges.
At the same time, the market will develop even further, and significant growth is expected, Bitcoin will reach 100k, and new minds and talents will join the industry, as well as the new money Flow as more people will join.

Q13: And finally, what is the most important point do you want our audience to take away from today’s AMA session?
Evgeny: Start using bots, try them, and play with them. It will definitely develop your understanding of finance, trading and programming, and if you are patient enough or lucky you will definitely succeed.

Gokay: I think there is a great educational purpose behind this. If you try it, you will definitely succeed.
