A Golden Finance report states that the Solana Foundation has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on the X platform, seeking proposals to promote the development of open source data tools for Solana. Up to $160,000 in funding is available. The two RFPs include the Solana Indexer Tool and the Solana Authenticator Catalog, with a total funding of $100,000 and $60,000 respectively. The former supports developers in accessing real-time and historical data from Solana programs and accounts through building end-to-end open source infrastructure solutions. The latter aims to create an open source authenticator database, allowing developers to interact with and parse instructions from unknown contract deployments. Both RFPs are expected to enhance the developer experience and data tools for Solana Blockchain, with a submission deadline of October 4, 2024.
